"Mark, I've gotten word that Tim (Judge Tim Smith) sought help from and was endorsed by the AFL-CIO.
I'm dismayed. I just found this on the AFL-CIO website. His name is bottom middle.
He's my brother, but unfortunately, I won't help him get elected. He doesn't stand for what I believe in.
We should vote against every single one of these candidates that is on the AFL-CIO list.
Nothing in this country has been more destructive to the economy than unions, and Obama."
