You can't make this stuff up folks. I am telling you the Democrats are a barrel of laughs. Can you imagine the play this would have gotten if Dan Quayle or Dick Cheney had done this. Poor old Joe Biden on the campaign trail asking a wheelchair bound Gentleman to stand up and be recognized.
