- This blog started out as a rant against a disloyal Republican. I was proud to vote for Ronald Reagan. I was happy to vote for little Bush the 1st time and was dumbfounded when he turned over the "No Child Left Behind" bill to Teddy "The Lifeguard" Kennedy. Even MaryJo hasn't voted for him in years. I believe the death penalty should be run like a barbershop with two chairs no waiting. I think we should offer to tie the tubes of every welfare mom as she gives birth. I think there should be a weight limit on food stamps. I belive the USA is circleing the porcelain drain. If you have kids you may want to think about an exit stategy. As for me I'll stay and fight for freedom and the constitution we haven't used in years. The current crop of Republicans are Democrat light so they get skewered here as often as the libs. I left the world of stupid corporate decisions December 31, 2007. Had 25 + years in medical sales the last 20 at Mallinckrodt/ Tyco/ Covidien as the company was sold. I consider myself more of a Libertarian than a Republican but always a Conservative. Come join me in the world of common sense God knows there is plenty of room in here for one more.

This is BS. Obviously, the W gathering was informal. The Obama appearance was formal. Did you notice the Marines were all standing at attention for Obama, but not for W? Marines don't howl like drunken football fans at formal events when they are standing at attention. It would not be respectful. Some of them will owe their lives to CNC Obama 4years from now, so maybe they will be a little more enthusiastic about him then. Bob
Well, you know Bob, there is a lot of BS going on right now and it's coming from The White House, Obama, Nancy Pelosi, Barney Frank and the rest of his thug cabinet members. There are a lot of Americans that can't abide these crooks any longer. Look for a lot of unrest and more demonstrations and more interaction with regular Americans to our government. There are more of us that surround them then there are government officials. We are the people, we tell them what to do.
The fact is President Obama wants "Hail To The Chief" played every time he enters or leaves a room to make it formal. That is his pious and pompous attitude he's has going on all the time. He doesn't want to appear in front of Marines in an informal setting. Without his teleprompter, he's lost and he doesn't want any surprises. If his teleprompter goes South, he begins to stammer and stutter. That's not a leader. You have to earn respect, Bob. Obama hasn't earned it yet. Don't tell me Marines don't hoot and howl when they are excited, I've seen them do it time and time again. You talk to any Marine that serves their country and see what they have to say about their feelings (not just words) about serving their country. They want to kick some butt over there and there are many heroes that are still alive today.
One thing I noted is that you did acknowledge that the Marines weren't enthusiastic about Obama in your blog comment. Maybe they will be a little more enthusiastic in 4 years about him? Hmm? You mean informal and formal? The informal setting won't happen, Bob. Four whole years for them to become enthusiastic? God above only knows where we will be with Obama steering a ship he has no idea how to steer and with the thugs in his cabinet who fit in well with Obama's Chicago crooked ways.
Even The Hollyweirds are backing off from Obama because it's just sinking in that Obama will take away much of their money with his tax reforms. I think that is a riot.
I'm sticking with The Marines and their barometer reading about Barack Hussein Obama.
Don't think I didn't notice that you capitalized Obama's name and used a small "w" for President Bush. See, how those leftist socialistic words sneak in.
