As I have said here frequently, Obama is all about reparations! When this bill started it was to pay 2000 black farmers nationwide. It has now ballooned to the point where it is going to give 4000 blacks a $50,000 payment in NC alone, if they just say they were farmers and tried to get a government loan. Where do I sign up???
