9.2% actually over 20% unemployment in the 3rd Summer of Recovery .....The RR

Remember Big O and Goofy Joe running around 2 years ago touting "The Summer of Recovery"?
You still buying it? Sucker.

Rasmussen has his strongly disapprove number at 41%. That means he needs 50% plus one of the other 59% to have a shot at re-election if it were held today.
Bad news for O is 11 out of the other 59 just plain disapprove and Rasmussen only polls likely voters so he is usually the closest to the final result.
