There are no Republicans or Democrats anymore by Mark
There are no Republicans or Democrats anymore. There are only Socialist and Capitalist. Go back and look at John Kennedy, if he were alive today he would disown his own brother. John Kennedy cut taxes and increased revenues for the federal government.
Unfortunately we have two Socialist at the head of the two tickets. If you visualize a speedometer of how fast we are heading toward Socialism/Communism Barack Hussein Obama is at 120 mph. Joe "The Plagarist" Biden is at 110 mph and Johnny McClueless is at 70 mph. Sarah would have to be at about 20 mph because she agrees publicly with Johnny Clause. Mitt Romney would be an example of a Capitalist who could bring common sense back to the world.
Johnny McClueless tries to tell you he is a Conservative (Reagan is spinning in his grave) and Hussein tries to hide he is a Socialist/Communist, but both are a farce.
So remember folks you're not voting Republican or Democrat anymore, you are only voting how quickly we become Socialist/Communist.

John McCluess stars as Johnny Clause by Mark
Johnny needs to work on his tan. He looks a little pale to me. I guess there is not much sun at the North Pole right now.
Johnny Clause is busy trying to best Hussein for Socialist of the year. Did you hear him offer 300 billion to buy out people who were to stupid to live within their means? If this includes you I'm not sorry, you are stupid.
How's that 700 billion bailout of Wall Street working out so far? We are following the same path we followed during the great depression, adding debt instead of letting something fail.
Hey I've lost my butt in the stock market and I am beating the professionals that are managing the bulk of my money. It's not fun, but every day the politicians and smart people dig a deeper hole. Those still working will probably add 10 years to their working lives and those retired may have to go back to work if you can find a job.
I feel for those with kids because all the politicians are doing is kicking the can down the street until they can get out of office. Both damn parties. Both of the idiots running for President and Joe "Stand up Chuck" Biden don't have a clue. They will make the great depression seem like a college fraternity party. I believe Sarah understands better than all three put together.

'FOR THOSE WHO BELIEVE IN PRAYER'
This is ONLY for those people who believe in the power of prayer... Can we? Will we?
I was very dismayed when, recently, a member of my Church said to me with great resignation that she was afraid Obama will take the presidency. These words came from someone that in the past has been a great prayer warrior.
What is happening was my question!! Why are we Christians settling for the loss of our Christian heritage, not issuing a battle cry and falling to our knees and taking our country back?
We allow ourselves to be stripped of the right to pray at school functions and in school, we have the Ten Commandments removed from government places and are told we cannot pray publicly or proclaim Christian principles, all the while providing public prayer places for Muslims. We allow Muslim mosques to operate in America funded by Saudi Arabia , and proclaim anti-American, anti-Christian threats and terrorism.
What in the world is going on and why are we being so apathetic? Why aren't we praying? Our God is an Almighty God who is waiting patiently for us to raise our voices to heaven to stop the tide of the anti-Christian actions in our world today.
Now we have a charismatic, albeit inexperienced, candidate for president that does not respect our flag and refuses to wear one on his lapel except when it becomes politically expedient, and whose own wife and pastor that he loves profess to have strong anti-white feelings, and we sit back and say 'it is a given, we can do nothing' ????
There has never been a time in 2000 years that we can do nothing, never a time that we must sit back and allow the evil in men's and women's hearts to take over our world! We should be afraid, very afraid because our apathy is leading us to perdition. It is time for all Christian Americans to raise the battle cry and take our nation back!
Maybe McCain on his own cannot defeat Obama, but our God can and He will if we take to our knees in prayer and raise a mighty cry to the heavens. We have the power to change the course of this election and to keep a man as suspect as Barak Obama from leading our country to who knows where with his message of 'change'; a change which I fear will be away from our Christian ideals, and away from Christ, and further away from one nation under God to one nation under Allah.
We are great at passing stories and pictures around the internet, but where are our prayers and prayer warriors praying to stop this tide of Barak Obama? We can bring our country back to its Christian roots and stop the undermining of our country by Muslims. We can stop our country from being 'under Allah' but we must begin to pray; to pray as our country and our lives depended on it because they do. We can stop all these atrocities against God's commandments that have taken root in our country through something as simple as sincere prayer, a call to God to deliver us, to protect us from the evil that is upon us.
OK, prayer warriors, here is your challenge... Start those prayer chains. Get the spiritual power working on our behalf and stop Barak Obama the proper way, by calling on our God to save us from the deception that charismatic preaching is using to lead us on the wrong path. Stop those who would take God out of our country and our government. Raise up good men to lead us and protect us. But we should not rest on our laurels and allow ourselves to be taken further off the path of Christianity and to have God removed from our presence in our schools, courts, government and businesses.
Invite God into the fray. Ask that His power rest upon us and give us the victory. Ask him to raise up a mighty army to defend us and to protect our country as he did in days of old. Let us be victorious beginning NOW. The battle is His but we must call on Him without ceasing and unite our voices and hearts in prayer and fasting.

Musings on the Sarah Joe Debate by Mark
Sarah eats Joe Biden alive and all you can think of is 1976. Gerald Ford invited Ronald Reagan up on stage and the entire Republican Convention knew they had just nominated the wrong man. That's how I feel about Sarah.
Talk about wind energy... I could have run the pontoon boat for three years if I could have captured the wind from Joe "The Plagiarist" Biden.
Remember why he withdrew from his first Presidential campaign? He gave a speech previously given by a British politician. He got called on it.
Dan Quayle was handed a card from a school teacher that had potato misspelled and we still hear about that.
The liberal mainstream media will twist her words to say she lost but you can take it from the Rowdy Republican she kicked his ass.

The Real Truth about Fannie and Freddie from Joy

Ever wonder why the Democrats aren't holding hearings on Fannie and Freddie? They will not because look who is responsible. Remember Roger Mudd from the mainstream media? I believe that is his son Daniel. Starting to get the theme here????
I think we should demand the politicians from either party return every dollar of campaign contributions.
I also believe we should go after Franklin Raines, Jim Johnson, Jamie Gorelick the way they went after Enron. Hundreds of millions of your dollars into these fat cat Democrats pockets.
Your kids, grand kids and great grand kids will be paying for this the rest of their lives.
Franklin Raines is one of Obama's financial adviser's. If we are collectively dumb enough to put Hussein into office, we deserve the loss of our freedom we will receive.

Musings on 9-11
Well it's 7 years since planes crashed into the Twin Towers, the Pentagon and a field in Pennsylvania. That was a terrible day I will never forget. I was working at my desk and my parents were visiting me at the lake. I had the TV on in the background and heard as they announced the first crash.
My Mom came into the living room and I told her a plane had crashed into one of the towers. I sat down on the couch and watched it unfold.
I saw the second plane hit live and I said "Another plane just hit the other tower."
Mom said "no it didn't that was just a replay of the first crash."
I said "no it was another plane."
We sat there for what must have been at least three minutes before the folks on TV finally acknowledged that yes indeed another plane had hit the tower.
I bet all of them when death was immanent would have chosen to fight the war on terror. I still wake up with the fear of falling remembering those people who jumped.

We have managed to remain attack free for 7 years and we will remain that way at least until November 4th.
Al Qaeda is pulling for the Democrats. They want us out of Iraq so that they can take it over. They can't tolerate any form of democracy in the region.
I always say fighting them there is better than fighting them here. They can get to Iraq and Afghanistan easier than they can get here. But they are already here in great numbers. Huge communities in many of our cities. Detroit, Atlanta, Charlotte, communities in Virginia, they are here. If they are somehow able to overthrow us through some form of Uncivil War, betcha they drill in Anwar.
Obama, Obiden and McClueless have done nothing to close our borders, on the contrary they have impeded that process. I believe that Sarah will get McClueless's ear and maybe his job.
She is the only hope for securing the country in the next 4 years.

Did you know Ford has a car that gets 65 miles per gallon of diesel. They sell tons of them in Europe. They can't sell them in the US though because they are deemed unsafe for our roads. My Mom came into the living room and I told her a plane had crashed into one of the towers. I sat down on the couch and watched it unfold.
I saw the second plane hit live and I said "Another plane just hit the other tower."
Mom said "no it didn't that was just a replay of the first crash."
I said "no it was another plane."
We sat there for what must have been at least three minutes before the folks on TV finally acknowledged that yes indeed another plane had hit the tower.
I bet all of them when death was immanent would have chosen to fight the war on terror. I still wake up with the fear of falling remembering those people who jumped.

We have managed to remain attack free for 7 years and we will remain that way at least until November 4th.
Al Qaeda is pulling for the Democrats. They want us out of Iraq so that they can take it over. They can't tolerate any form of democracy in the region.
I always say fighting them there is better than fighting them here. They can get to Iraq and Afghanistan easier than they can get here. But they are already here in great numbers. Huge communities in many of our cities. Detroit, Atlanta, Charlotte, communities in Virginia, they are here. I have been "stiffed" three times in my 30 year professional career by someone who I rendered services to, gave a finished product to, but who refused to pay for those services even though they acknowledged the services and products were correct, were what they asked for, and were never challenged for not being correct. Joe Biden was one of those people. I worked on his 1988 Presidential campaign financial disclosure engagement. I busted it for him and got everything right. He stiffed me for over $15,000 worth of work. He refused to pay once he dropped out of the race. I did similar Capitol Hill campaign financial disclosure work for Bob Dole, Pat Buchanan, and a Democratic candidate for Ambassador to New Zealand. All of those folks paid even though they lost the election or did not get the appointment. That type of work is very demanding and very tedious because your efforts are scrutinized by Congress. Biden did not care.
I am on the Board of Directors of a company that owns a majority position in a private jet management company in Northern Virginia. They manage jets for businesses and rich folks. They also charter planes to the public. This past winter John Thompson chartered over $250,000 worth of air time. He paid every penny.
Joe Biden, in his latest unsuccessful run for President, chartered over $150,000 worth of air time. He PAID ZERO. He continues to refuse to pay stating his race is over and he is out of money. He never once complained about his flights. Joe Biden is a rich man. He could pay.
Joe Biden is a liar and a cheat. I know it first hand. Character is what life is all about. Joe Biden is a man of bad character and sets a bad example for America.

The Compelling Case for Abortion Made by the Press by Mark
Well the libbies are all over the cable news stations fretting over the 17 year old daughter of Sarah and Todd Palin. The implication seems to be the young lady is being forced to have a baby she would choose to abort if not for her Mothers political career.
I would argue the young lady has spent a fair amount of time helping raise her younger brother and sisters and is well aware of what lies ahead challenging as it might be.
It does in an ironic sort of way make a very strong argument for abortion though. Think if 48 or so years ago a little girl from Kansas had decided when she was 17 and pregnant and unwed that the best choice for her was that of the most of libbies in the press?
We wouldn't have little Hussein running for President.

Both of her parents, liberal Democrats, were standing there, so I asked her, 'If you were President what would be the first thing you would do?'
She replied, 'I'd give food and houses to all the homeless people.'
'Wow - what a worthy goal!' I told her, 'You don't have to wait until you're President to do that. You can come over to my house and mow, pull weeds, and rake my yard, and I'll pay you $50. Then, I'll take you over to the grocery store where the homeless guy hangs out, and you can give him the $50 to use toward food or a new house.'
She thought that over for a few moments because she's only 6.
And while her Mom glared at me, she looked me straight in the eye and asked, 'Why doesn't the homeless guy come over and do the work, and you can just pay him the $50?'

One SPF away from a real President

Well we are only 1 SPF away from someone I can vote for.
Sarah Palin is a man's man. She is a Conservatives Conservative. She is a Mom. She is a soldiers Mom. She can hunt and fish and play point guard. She can cut taxes and clean up corruption.
I was in the Gym and the row of bikes I was on had guys all TV's tuned to Fox we all had individual headsets. They had 2 libbies and a former McCain worker. I guess I better make that three libbies.
They were interviewing one libbie woman who rattled off all the concerns the Republicans have with McCain's pick and in unison we bust out laughing. The libbies are just to stupid. Our problem is with McCain.
Finally he does something conservative.

I don't know whose words these are and Hussein may not be a terrorist, and he may not be a Muslim, and he may not be a racist, and he may not be a Communist but he is way to friendly with way to many of them to be President of The United States of America.

I’m talking about Obama’s role in the Chicago Annenberg Challenge (CAC), and his ill-conceived ad attacking McCain’s associations which opened the door for McCain to bring to public view something Obama has — with clear media connivance — lied about and tried to conceal: His close association with William Ayers in a program he botched.
The last thing Obama should want made public are his dubious associates. The public has had some exposure to his long time spiritual adviser, Rev. Jeremiah Wright, many have heard of the convicted Chicago fixer Tony Rezko, and some have just a bit of knowledge about William Ayers. As McCain said Wednesday: “If Barack Obama wants to have a discussion about truly questionable associations, let’s start with his relationship with the unrepentant terrorist William Ayers, at whose home Obama’s political career was reportedly launched . Mr. Ayers was a leader of the Weather Underground, a terrorist group responsible for countless bombings against targets including the U.S. Capitol, the Pentagon and numerous police stations, courthouses and banks. In recent years Mr. Ayers has stated, ‘I don’t regret setting bombs. … I feel we didn’t do enough.’”Some mush was thrown in along the way about having served with him on a charity board, but Obama did not correctly describe the charity or the dates or the extent of their association on it.
The truth is that the two men worked closely together for years, beginning several months before that 1995 fundraiser. The fund Obama chaired and which was supposed to improve public education in Chicago never met its stated purpose of improving public school pupils’ performance and, in fact, probably hindered it, despite having blown through $110 million in the process. And as chairman of this group Obama funneled this money to politically useful types including Fidelistas and Maoists who like Ayers (now vice-president elect of the American Education Research Association) are working to make our public schools indoctrination centers for the left .
Once the public learns more of the CAC, will the voters decide that the manner in which Obama exercised his sole opportunity at executive authority was so good that he deserves the keys to the Oval Office?
Will the voters conclude that the old- professor- in- the- neighborhood story was so disingenuous that Obama was lying to hide from them facts they deserved to know indeed, facts every bit as relevant as Hillary’s failure at health care reform about which they were informed in the primaries?
Will voters who consider education an important issue and surely that includes many important voter groups for Obama take kindly to a man who took $110 million of charitable funds which were earmarked for improving public education and squandered it on salaries for men like Weatherman Ayers and Michael Klonsky, the Maoist leader of the Revolutionary Youth Movement which worked with the Weather Underground and who at the time of CAC’s lavish grants to him worked as a cab driver?
Will the voters regard it as relevant that while Ayers and Obama were furthering their career interests in the disposition of the Chicago Annenberg Challenge millions, they did absolutely nothing per a formal review of the program to improve the academic performance of the pupils in their program and, indeed, may have hindered their academic progress by trying to turn every school they worked with into laboratories of revolutionary action in line with Ayres’ authoritarian agenda and belief that the public school system is nothing but a reflection of capitalist hegemony?
At the moment, the University of Illinois inexplicably has refused to make public all of the documents on the Annenberg Challenge, though on Friday after considerable criticism they announced they will release the documents on Tuesday. The library has refused to name the donor it claims is blocking the release of the documentation. The major media are still dancing the dance of seven veils around the story, but McCain has kicked the story up a notch and the blogosphere is not letting go of it. And the reason for all of this, I believe, is because the University which played a major role in this rip off, the press which is so invested in Obama, and the blogosphere all know the answer to the questions I posed.
This story is going to kill Obama at the polls.

Homer Hickam made an interesting comment on TV this morning. In case you don't know who he is, Homer was a poor West Va. miner's son who worked his way up to being an employee/scientist for NASA. He wrote a book called "Rocket Boy" which was later made into a great movie called "October Sky."This morning he was interviewed and said this, about the one-shot shoot down of the crippled satellite: "If this country's head was on straight, they would be holding a ticker tape parade for the Crew of the cruiser, USS Lake Erie.
This one rocket firing boosted our National defense 100-fold. North Korea, Iran, China, Russia all know now that we have a safety net that can accurately stop their incoming missiles even if they are out of the earth's atmosphere. Of course, that was the plan all along, and it was a dandy plan. I just hope that the next person in the White House doesn't scrap the system and begin baking cookies for the enemy.

Funny, just last week Barack Obama reiterated how when he's President of the US he will stop all missile technology and push for nuclear disarmament. If he were president now, we wouldn't even have been able to shoot that satellite down and show the world that we can protect ourselves and will do so if the need arises.

Assuming the next president lives to age 80. Sen. McCain would receive ZERO pension as he would reach 80 at the end of two terms as president.
Sen.Obama would be retired for 26 years after two terms and would receive$4,973,800 in pension.
Therefore it would certainly make economic sense to elect McCain inNovember.
How's that for non partisan thinking???

For Democrats Only.... Let me Set you Free
I can't believe the turn of the tides. John McCain will win in what will be called a landslide.
Almost every staunch Democrat I know both family and friends are unable to vote for Obama.
Some have even said they will vote for McCain. This will free me up to vote for Bob Barr (L). I believe McCain will win NC with 60% of the vote.
Last night I heard of a young lady who worked for Hillary in the West Wing of The White House who is voting FOR McCain.
It's no mystery to you here that I have no use for McCluess or the first Arab-American candidate. He is way more Arab than he is African folks. He also is way more Communist than he is Socialist uh... I mean Democrat.
Boys and girls, ladies and gentlemen let me "set you free."
I will not vote Republican this fall so that you can.
If you have always voted Democrat, you have my permission to cross over to the right side this fall because " This ain't your Daddy's Democrat Party. " Your daddy will understand this vote.

The sad part about this is there is probably a lot of truth in this. I have heard most of this before. stuff.
Although Bob Smith is a disappointed past Republican Presidential hopeful, and B1 Bob Dornan had his problems with the Republican party also, so there could be some sour grapes with those guys.
But the really sad part for America is even if this is completely true he is still a better choice than the Communist Idiot he is running against.

I don't know if you remember this, but the LA Times banned its bloggers from writing about the Edwards affair story because they didn't think the National Enquirer was a "reputable" source. I actually got a phone interview with one of the LA Times' top editors who said so:

Runner Up to Al Gore from Carolyn Hall and Shirley Mowery
Irena Sendler 1910-2008Have you heard the story about the runner-up for the Nobel Peace Prize?
May 12 marked the death of a 98-year-old lady named Irena.
During WWII, Irena received permission from the Nazis to work in the Warsaw ghetto as a plumbing/sewer specialist.
She had an ulterior motive...Being German, she knew the Nazis' plans for the Jews and smuggled infants out in the bottom of the large tool box she carried.
Larger children were placed in a burlap sack in the back of her truck. Also in the back was a dog that she had trained to bark each time the Nazi guards allowed her out of the ghetto and back in.
The soldiers, of course, wanted nothing to do with the dog, and its barking covered any noise made by the infants and small children.
Irena managed to smuggle out approximately 2,500 children before she was finally caught. When she was captured, the Nazis beat her severely, breaking both her arms and her legs.
Irena kept a record of the names of all the children she smuggled out of that Warsaw ghetto and kept them in a glass jar buried under a tree in her back yard.
After the war, she tried to locate any parents who may have survived so she might reunite the child with its family.
Most, of course, did not survive the Holocaust, and the vast majority of the surviving children were placed in foster homes or adopted.
Last year Irena was nominated for the Nobel Peace Prize, but she lost to Al Gore, who won the award for presenting a slide show on Global Warming. True story. Check it out at

Most polls recently have stated US citizens in the 70% plus range are in favor of drilling our home grown oil. I can think of only 1 person, who visits this site, against drilling, and we have a good number of Democrat readers.
Meanwhile Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi, Democrat California turned off the C-Span cameras and turned the house lights off today as 30 Republicans took turns speaking out against Congress going home for vacation without lifting the drilling ban imposed by congress.
I just signed a petition demanding that Congress lift the federal ban on offshore drilling immediately -- before they take their month-long summer break.
Members of Congress are doing nothing while gas prices soar.
